Join us this Earth Day (April 22) to celebrate our connections to each other and embrace sustainability by creating and displaying our own Sunflower Burst Door Wreath. This is a community art project that has more impact the more participation and engagement there is -- meanwhile sparking creativity and connection with your neighborhood.
How the Sunflower Burst project bloomed into being...
Elisabeth Tanev (Westridge neighbor) met Anila Angjeli, AIA, LEED AP of ALine Architecture, LLC, at Mt. Vernon Lee Chamber of Commerce and they found a shared passion for art, community, and environment. The connection was sealed when they found out both their mothers' birthdays are on Earth Day, April 22.
