Volume 13 Tenant Build-Out scope included Architect and Engineering professional services for the space, design layout, and permit facilitation for the client hair stylist artist Shelby Anderson. The original tall ceiling space appealed to the client for the location being close to home and the quant presence of the Pear Tree Village commercial condominium in the Mount Vernon District of Fairfax County.  The bohemian look and feel of the design are carried throughout the space, supporting the carefree creative style of the staff while offering a relaxing atmosphere for the customers.
