Dr. Ortiz - Smile Kids

New tenant build-out for Dr. Ortiz's space, Smile Kids in collaboration with Liberty Group Construction.  This project consists of approx. 2,000 SF of new interior build-out.  This space is located in a Class A medical building. Liberty Group was in charge of the program, interior design, and construction. ALine Architecture prepared the Architectural and Engineering permit drawings.

 

The timeline for the building permit and construction on this project was ambitious, however, ALine Architecture worked diligently with the client and the sub-consultants to meet the deadline, managing the permit reviews and revisions in a timely fashion, responded to RFIs and revisions due to various challenging field conditions, and provided practical solutions.
