We are so ecstatic to spearhead and collaborate with Villamay Neighborhood, located in Alexandria, Virginia, for another "Social Butterfly II" collection art exhibit. Modeled after the first Milway Meadows "Social Butterfly" Collection this community event represents an amazing way to show the human social bond, express the creativity, raise environmental awareness. This event is very appropriately timed to congratulate the 2020 Graduates on their achievements as they take flight onto future endeavors. Despite the challenges and adversity, this exhibit unfolds the signs of Hope, Resilience and Togetherness. We are so excited to be a part of it.
We are preparing the art panels and brackets for distribution, and are providing logistical support to the neighborhood ambassadors. Butterflies will be spaced 6 feet apart, floating in the green landscape, lining up the sides of Admiral Drive. In the works from our studio are some new "species", such as artistically styled "Admiral" and "Painted Ladies" butterflies.
