Penelope Hotel

Penelope Hotel project is a 7-story hotel with 66 rooms, consisting of 2-story new construction addition on top of an existing 5-story mixed-use concrete building.  The exterior shell, core improvements, life safety, elevator relocation, and complete interior build-out of all floors, from the cellar to the rooftop account for an approximately $12 million estimated budget.

 

During the design and permitting process, ALine has worked closely with the developer, creating different plan options, 3D massing, and value engineering solutions.  ALine worked with the developer’s team through the BZA and HPRB approvals as well as through building permit processes.
