Out of the Blue - Fresh Crabs Restaurant
Out of the Blue is a 300 seat modern-day seafood restaurant featuring fresh seafood selections, alongside Maryland style blue crabs, in a trendy and comfortable atmosphere. This project was a complete renovation/tenant build-out of an existing restaurant that involved plan modifications adding a new bar, and integration of the steam/boiler room.
ALine assisted the restaurant owners with the design, permit & construction drawings, including Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical and Structural engineering. Our services also included various renderings and concept designs for the themed restaurant areas, such as the Harbor Room, Water Room and the Out of the Blue Bar. We enjoyed working with the client on material selections, value engineering options, color schemes, and furniture layout.
