Northern VA Family Practice - NVFP

New tenant build-out for NVFP, consists of approx. 7,000 SF of new interior construction.  The project is located in the west end of Alexandria City, on the 4th floor of a class A office building. This location presented the proper setting for the client's current medical practice and their envisioned growth.  ALine Architecture assisted the client with preliminary feasibility and consulting services for different tentative locations and when the appropriate building and location were settled for, ALine was selected as the Architect of Record, for the preparation of permit drawings, including architecture and engineering design services. ALine collaborated with the client's team, construction advisor, interior designer, Landlord's representatives, and the General Contractor.

 

The timeline for the building permit and construction on this project was ambitious, however, ALine Architecture worked diligently with the client and the sub-consultants to meet the deadline, managed the permit reviews and revisions in a timely fashion, responded to RFIs and revisions due to various challenging field conditions, and provided practical solutions, that met and exceeded the client's timeline and budget.
