The private Residence project located in Orange County, Virginia included a major addition to an existing home. ALine Architecture provided design and permit drawings for the overall extension and reconfiguration of the second-floor structural support system.
 

ALine Architecture drastically increased the size of the Newman Residence and improved the flow by opening and expanding the combination living-kitchen-dining room areas, enlarging the existing bedrooms on the second floor, and adding a new screened porch and deck.
