Tenant Build-out for New Columbia Dentistry, located at the historic Uline Arena, in the now hip NoMA neighborhood. A charming adaptive reuse complex that combines a mixed use of modern tenants presents new opportunities for fresh urban design along with unique challenges. Urban context, high graphics, solid concrete, and brick textures play together in this Liberty Group's design. Pleased to work with this talented group, ALine Architecture provided architecture professional services, permit facilitation, and coordination of the systems with MEP engineers. The collaborative process, high-end finishes, and the show-cased unique piece of history make this space remembered and inspiring.
