To transform four dated residential apartment units into modern, high-end condominiums, the Holbrook Condominium project required ALine Architecture to design based on a complete gut and renovation from top to bottom. ALine worked with the owner to provide the floor plan designs, prepare the permit drawings, and coordinate with engineers, contractors, and code officials.
 

To convert the existing apartments into contemporary condos, ALine Architecture reconfigured the existing floor plans to optimize living space and create a footprint better suited to today’s buyer, with new kitchens, bathrooms, high-end appliances and finishes, closet systems and skylights.
