Tenant Build-out for Eye Smile Optometry & Dentistry Care, located in the revitalized Columbia Pike area of Arlington, VA. Flooded with ample daylighting, this space couples the dual sense of Eye & Smile. ALine Architecture worked with Liberty Group Construction, providing tenant layouts, code checks, and permit drawings. ALine worked with the budget, coordinating specialty equipment, MEP Systems, lighting, and finishes.  The collaborative process of working with this talented design group made possible the high-end results that achieved a harmonious dual-tenant space.
