Tenant Build-out for Dr. Kazemi's Oral Surgery & Cosmetic Dentistry, located in Downtown, Bethesda, MD. Full of daylighting, this space takes life from vibrant accent colors. ALine Architecture worked with the Owner and General Contractor, Liberty Group Construction, providing tenant layout, code check, and permit drawings. ALine worked with the budget, coordinating dental equipment, MEP Systems, lighting, and finishes. The collaborative process, high-end finishes, modern media, and high-tech equipment accomplished the Owner's vision and business expansion.
