This project consists of the complete interior renovation of an existing 3-story office condo in the heart of Fairfax City, VA.  The existing brick building, constructed in the 80s, needed many improvements and upgrades, considering the change of ownership, accessibility, and the new owner’s program.

 

ALine assisted the new owners with the new interior plan reconfiguration, to include new conference rooms, reception area, kitchenette, accessible bathrooms on every floor, new interior finishes and branding, such as wood flooring, carpet, tiles, and paint, new energy-efficient lighting and controls, modification of electrical and HVAC to allow for the new conference rooms and the IT server room.  ALine prepared permit and construction drawings, obtained building permits and assisted with bid negotiations and construction administration of the project.  The project was completed on time and on budget.
