The old house consisted of a small one-level home on a cul-de-sac with potential for enlargement and upscale construction, measuring up to the other larger area homes.  The design included an extra wide 1-car garage with workshop, rear living room kitchen addition, second floor over existing foundations and over the new rear addition, Main Bedroom / Bathroom Suite, and multiple other bedrooms and bathrooms.  The front porch provides curb appeal,  new siding, steep roof slopes, and white colors inside and out, creating a modern high-contrast desirable design, that stands out.  ALine Architecture provided concept plans,  and permit set for construction - Architectural and Structural design.
