Alaska Condominium consists of complete renovation and conversion of an existing 3-story with a basement mixed-use apartment building into 9 high-end residential condominiums.  The specific zoning ordinance required the Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) process for the approval of the additional residential units. 

ALine assisted the owner with BZA drawings and presentations, designs, and construction drawings.  ALine also worked with the 3rd party peer review and permit facilitator to obtain the original building permit.  ALine assisted the owner and contractor with major value engineering requiring a revision to the building permit.
