New tenant build-out for Aesthetics Salon, located in Avalon Bay Communities, S. Arlington, VA.  This delightful space encompasses about 1,500 SF of bold, high contrast design, branded with elegant details, orchestrated to play the textural and colorful display of materials and fixtures, light and shadows. 

 

The salon conveys a relaxed and organic atmosphere, with large honey-comb natural wood retail shelving, black hexagon tiles, and modern hair-styling equipment.  The wood ledge and mirrors are functional and aesthetic that allows the open plan to host and echo the "feel good" energy while supporting the creative process of beauty.  ALine Architecture worked with the client to design the space features and the plan flow and prepared the corresponding construction plans, permit facilitation, and the construction administration of the project.
